We may ask for repairs that help ensure the safety, structure and functionality of your home. The reason we do this is because we will rent your home out to a local family and need to ensure it is in acceptable condition.
If repairs are needed, we'll ask for a credit which will be deducted from your net proceeds. There's no paying for repairs out of pocket or worrying about managing contractors. We only charge for what is necessary and pass along discounts from vendors to you. If you disagree with our repair request, you can cancel without penalty.
